Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777kd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact Platform support immediately. Contact details are available in Section 17 of these Terms.
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate and must be updated promptly if it changes. Providing false information, particularly regarding age, identity or location, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
The Platform and its affiliated Operators are required to conduct identity, age and address verification (KYC) in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification must be completed before full withdrawal access is enabled. The Platform reserves the right to restrict Account functionality pending KYC completion.

Where PKR is not the Operator's base currency, conversion will be applied at rates determined by the Operator. The Platform operates anti-fraud and AML monitoring systems. Any Account associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns may be suspended pending investigation. Associated funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

Acceptance of any Bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable offer terms. Markets covering Pakistan cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and other cricket formats are offered subject to availability and Operator terms. Betting on the basis of inside information or in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt conduct is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. The Platform actively cooperates with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement where relevant.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, abandonment before completion of the minimum qualifying period, or where the Operator determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting Platform support. Pending Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any Balance is released on closure, except where closure is requested under a self-exclusion or responsible gambling basis, in which case the Operator's responsible gambling closure policy will apply.
Upon Account termination, all rights granted under these Terms are revoked. Any Bonus credit is forfeited. Verified withdrawable funds will be processed in accordance with the Operator's standard withdrawal procedure, subject to applicable legal holds.
